About Pallet to Palate
Robert & Kendi Root created Pallet to Palate in 2007 as a tool to bridge the gap between farmer, chef and consumer. By creating a gathering where guests can speak with not only the chefs but with the actual farmers growing the food, locals learn how important it is to support local agriculture and the businesses that support them, all while raising money to support local non-profits. Over the years Pallet to Palate has raised close to 60 thousand dollars and is excited to continue this success with I Love Farmers…The Feed My Soul.
About I Love Farmers…
I Love Farmers...They Feed My Soul is an all-volunteer, non-profit, 501(c)(3) supporting American family farmers and ranchers through education and advocacy about food production. This effort was launched in San Luis Obispo, CA by a passionate group of college students and their professor. It has become one of the most popular efforts to support American family farmers and ranchers in the United States.
